1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries of G2C Trading GmbH (hereinafter “G2C”) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

3 Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.
3.2. By clicking the “Buy / Order with obligation to pay” button, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email immediately after we receive your order.
4 Right of Withdrawal
4.1 Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to your commercial nor your independent professional activity), you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
4.2 Return Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal pursuant to §4.1, you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy — Withdrawal Policy Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees due to this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

5 Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1. The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
5.2. In addition to the listed prices, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 5,99 € per order for delivery within Germany. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
5.3. When paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 3,99 € will be charged and collected by the deliverer on site. No further taxes or costs will apply.
6 Delivery
6.1. Delivery is made only within Germany.
6.2. Delivery is carried out by DHL.
6.3. Delivery time is up to 3 working days. Deviating delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.
7 Payment Terms
7.1. The following payment methods are available to you:
a) Advance payment (bank transfer) Our bank details will be provided in the order confirmation. Goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.
b) Cash on delivery Payment is made in cash to the deliverer upon delivery. An additional cash-on-delivery fee applies (see §5.3).
8 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of G2C Trading GmbH until full payment has been received.
9 Warranty for Defects
Liability for defects is governed by the statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
10 Dispute Resolution
10.1. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
10.2. We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
